balanced living for health

The way I want to deliver everything I do to you is in a very realistic way that is attainable.

Wellness is a multifactorial process that can take years to achieve, and it’s not about the big, grand gestures we make to get there, but the smaller steps that reflect in our everyday habits. Start slow, move with your own rhythm, and remember that your life still needs to spark joy.

I drink kombucha and cold pressed juices and still enjoy wine occasionally

I eat healthy, whole foods and still enjoy chocolates and treats sometimes

I meditate and read books, and still enjoy watching trashy TV shows

I do yoga and move my body and still enjoy a day on the couch when it feels needed

I eat ‘raw desserts’ but still enjoy the real deal

I’m not the perfect naturopath, client, or yogi but I also don’t pretend to be, because I would rather be myself. I would rather live a balanced life, than a perfect life. So this is my message to you, don’t put off starting because you think you don’t have all the tools available. They will come with time, but not unless you choose to start somewhere 🤍
