Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique designed to assist with relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Reiki works by channeling universal life energy to help clear energetic blockages, create safety within the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Reiki is performed with the practitioner’s hands lightly resting on or hovering just above the body (based on your preference) as well as some spiritual counselling. It’s ideal for those seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or greater harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

These appointments look different for everyone depending on what you’re needing at the time and specific things you would like to work on. We usually start with a bit of background about what areas of your life are needing support followed by laying on the bed to receive the healing.
*these appointments can also be used to receive a refill of your flower essence blend for those who have had a Reiki & Flower Essence consult. If circumstances have changed & you need to adjust your blend, we recommend booking in another flower essence consult.
*please note flower essence refills outside of a consult is $22

Similar to Reiki Alignment, this appointment also includes a flower essence consult where an individualised and special blend of flowers will be created for you to continue the healing at home. This is perfect for those going through big life shifts, wanting to change patterns, and become unstuck from the heaviness of certain emotions or thoughts.
*this typically only needs to be booked once & rescripts of flower essences can be done in Reiki Alignment unless circumstances have changed & you need to adjust your blend.
