All bookings for Naturopathic consults can be done online through the bookings page. If you have a package and are unable to book yourself in, please email hello@eclipsewellness.com.au to arrange your appointment. Prepayment is required for all appointments and billing information will be collected by our third-party payment service.
At Eclipse Wellness, we value your time and appreciate a mutual respect with our time, and other clients. To honour everyones time, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before their scheduled time will incur a 50% appointment fee. Failure to cancel or turn up to the consult will incur a 100% appointment fee.
We do our best to accomodate late arrivals, but if you arrive more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled as you will incur 100% of the appointment fee.
Re-scheduling of appointments can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please contact us directly to make arrangement.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to avoid delays and ensure you receive the full allocated time. Additional time will not be offered for late arrivals and the full service fee will still be charged. We ask that you return your initial client intake form at least 24 hours before your appointment.
